​I paint. I develop what my subconscious mind conceives – whether it be by accident or through an abstract thought. One of the most enjoyable components of the painting process for me is taking a step back to see what the canvas and I have enticed from the paint. From there, concepts bloom, shapes form, and themes emerge.
I travel. Undoubtedly my greatest passion, I delight in exploring other cultures around the world. Favorite places include Berlin for the history, Austria for the friendly people, and Panama for the as yet non-Americanized tropical warmth. Destinations that rank high on my bucket list of places to visit are Mount Sinai, Thailand and South America.
I photograph. For decades, my camera has been by my side. From my first 110 film camera, to digital SLR, to my handy smartphone - regardless of whether home or away. My pictorial collection is composed of everything from European ruins to breathtaking landscapes to candid shots of extremely strange and unusual things.
And of course, I shop. Who better to advise you on how to reach your consumers than a consumer extraordinaire? Everywhere I go, every day, I pay attention to the methods businesses use to attract clientele. I evaluate the effectiveness of these tactics on myself and the population, and store away hoards of information.
